XC-B90 intelligent paper bowl machine adopts a desktop layout, with double-layer separation of transmission and forming. The transmission part adopts the horizontal and vertical axis connection transmission structure, the gears are transmitted in stages, and the mechanical lubrication is continuously supplied with oil. They are all installed in the frame under the table. The forming mold is assembled above the table to avoid cross-contamination and facilitate cleaning and maintenance. Double turntable structure, the middle turntable can realize the functions of cup mouth silicone oil and waste discharge. The machine adopts PLC and touch screen control, servo feeding and photoelectric detection. Ideal for the production of salad bowls, noodle bowls and packaging bowls, such as large capacity, Large-diameter bowl-shaped container production equipment.

1.Term of Delivery
After customer confirm the size and get the deposit ,then the production time needs 60 working days.
2.Term of Package
As standard for export , wooden case package . The marks can be made according to
the buyer's requirements.
3. Guarantee
1-year for machine guarantee.During this period, if the machine have any quality
problem( excluding the spare part ), buyer can send it to seller to change new or repaired ,the 2 ways freight need pay by buyer . If the problems caused by buyer's wrong operation , buyer can send the broken part to seller to change one or repaired ,but the buyer need pay the cost and freight.
4. Installation Details
We can send our technician to buyer company install the paper cup machine and train operation. Buyer needs undertake technician's visa fee , 2 ways tickets , accommodation cost ,local traffic and translator etc. 100.00USD per day is required as the salary (include the time on road) .
5. Acceptance criteria, methods and time limit for dissent
when the buyer receives the machine, the buyer must check whether the appearance of the machine is normal on the spot. If there is any damage, the buyer must confirm and evaluate it immediately with the supplier, or refuse to accept it.If the buyer has any objection to the quality of the machine, shall inform the supplier within 30 days after receiving the machine.Expiration is deemed to have no quality objection.
